
Willem Boot is the founder of Boot Coffee (1998). His mission: advising roasting companies and coffee producers on quality improvement strategies. Over the years he developed an impressive portfolio of clients, from super-quality specialty start-ups to renowned coffee producing countries. His passion: the Geisha coffee farms he started in Panama and Ethiopia and his quest to find the mother-source of Geisha in Ethiopia. His pride: winning first place at the prestigious Best of Panama coffee competition with his natural process geisha from Finca La Mula (2014) and the washed process geisha from his Finca Sophia (2017). He is a licensed Q grader and Q Arabica instructor.

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) named Bruce Miletto as one of the 20 “Coffee Luminaries”, contributed in shaping the SCA as it is today.
Together with his son Matt Milletto they run “Belissimo Coffee Advisors”.
